S'mores Quesadillas • La Tortilla Factory

INGREDIENTS:

8 large marshmallows, cut into pieces

4 graham cracker squares, broken into pieces

2 chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Cinnamon sugar

Butter

DIRECTIONS:

Spread butter on one side of the La Tortilla Factory tortillas. Place one tortilla, butter side down on a heated griddle. Add half of the chocolate pieces, half of the marshmallows and half of the graham cracker pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cover with the other half of the tortilla.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes, pressing it down as it melts. Flip and cook on the other side for another 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice into wedges. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Serve with extra melted chocolate.
