Tortilla French Toast is the clever cross between crepes, tortillas and French Toast. The batter is basically the same (we used eggnog for an extra holiday punch) but as you might have guessed, the recipe calls for tortillas instead of bread. We’re not 100% sure how the French might feel about this, but look, they’re simple to make and they do have this je ne sais quoi amazingly delicious melt-in-your mouth quality to them. So grab a cappuccino, let the kids sprinkle on the powdered sugar, and voilà, a new family breakfast tradition is born. Bon appétit!
